First updater-enabled beta

Cogito's first Sparkle-enabled beta is now available. Existing 0.1.0 testers should install this build manually once; after that, Cogito can check for updates in-app.

Highlights

This is the first beta that ships Cogito's built-in `Check for Updates…` flow.
Existing `0.1.0` testers should replace the app manually one last time to get onto the updater track.
Public release metadata, ZIP signatures, and the production appcast now ship from the reviewed changelog entry.
Sidebar browsing stays symlink-aware and the top chrome is calmer during scroll-heavy note work.

Release builds now embed Sparkle 2 and expose `Check for Updates…` from the app menu.
`cogito.md/updates/appcast.xml` now serves the production updater feed from imported release data.
Public release ZIPs now carry Sparkle EdDSA signatures so in-app updates can verify the downloaded build before install.

Improved

Sidebar top chrome and its scroll fade are quieter and less distracting during longer browsing sessions.
Header and sidebar symlink badges are more consistent with the note path state Cogito preserves while browsing.
The public release pipeline now generates updater-ready metadata from the same reviewed changelog entry used for the website release notes.

Fixed

Browser and document state now preserve symlink-aware paths more reliably instead of collapsing them back to resolved filesystem paths.
