Launch fix on early Sequoia

• Reliable launch on early Sequoia. Cogito now starts cleanly on macOS Sequoia 15.0 and 15.1, where a system-level issue with our custom menu commands could prevent the app from launching. macOS 15.2 and later, including Tahoe, keep the full menu surface unchanged.
